Review and sign-off in relation to the publication and delivery of this toolkit is the responsibility of the CfSD Chronic Pain Interface Network, the CfSD Primary Secondary Care Interface Group and also the CfSD Pathway Sign Off Group.
Content was approved and signed off at the CfSD Pathway Sign Off Group meeting on the 18th of March 2026.
Pathways are initially developed and reviewed by the CfSD Chronic Pain Interface Network. The Primary / Secondary Care Interface Group also reviews pathways to highlight any potential impact on Primary Care.
If further updates are required outwith scheduled review dates, the CfSD Pathway Governance process will be followed and approval will be sought via the above two networks / groups.
The review date for this toolkit will be 3 years after the point of publication.
