In this video the practice pharmacist helps George to input details into Manage my meds - for patients and carers.

Within this app, Medicines A-Z provides a layperson's guide to medicines including key facts and side effects. There is also a What to do when you are ill? section which allows members of the public to record medicines to stop taking when they are very unwell. This can be printed out as a card or saved as a pdf.
